Roads are safer when they are clearly marked. At Heartland Traffic Services, our divisions have been marking and striping roads and other paved surfaces for a wide variety of customers, including state DOT’s, municipalities, construction companies, and private organizations since 1976. With a full range of equipment and highly trained personnel, our three divisions are capable of providing the full spectrum of services within the traffic safety universe. From parking lots, small country roads, and interstate highways to temporary and permanent traffic control solutions, we are the Midwest’s premier traffic solutions specialist.

We are a member of the American Traffic Safety Services Association (ATSSA), the Greater Kansas City Chamber of Commerce, the National Utility Contractor’s Association (NUCA), and the Heavy Constructors Association of Kansas City. We are partners with both the Kansas and Missouri Departments of Transportation.

The three divisions of Heartland Traffic Services are recipients of numerous awards for our traffic control work, including multiple KDOT Excellence in Partnership awards spanning three decades.
our community
We host the annual Strike-Out event, a bowling tournament fundraiser to raise money for various causes. Most recently, we donated over $10,000 to Mimi’s Pantry, a food pantry in Riverside, MO dedicated to alleviating hunger during the COVID-19 pandemic.
